Upload the PDF anywhere you like first (Google Drive, Dropbox, your own site) and paste its share/download link here -- this QR just points to it, it doesn't host the file itself.
Same idea as PDF -- host the image anywhere, paste the link here.
Adding a logo automatically switches error correction to High and locks it there, so the code stays scannable — remove the logo to unlock it again.

Every QR type is scan-tracked. Most types redirect straight through; Contact and Event QR codes deliver a file the same way a native scan would; Product/Coupon/Menu show a page; Wi-Fi shows the network details plus a second QR to actually join with one more tap (a webpage can't join a network on its own).

Recent scan activity
Where your scans are coming from -- city, country, device, and browser are resolved from the scanner's request at the moment they scan; the IP itself is never stored. "Unknown" means the lookup failed, the scan came from a private network, or it happened before this feature existed. We can't determine a scanner's age or gender -- there's no login on the scanning side, so nobody tells us that.
